Refunds will be calculated as follows:
$50 Non-Refundable - Withdrawal PRIOR to Evaluations
$100 Non-Refundable - Withdrawal AFTER Evaluations (but before April 15 or before teams have been formed)
100% Non-Refundable - Withdrawal AFTER April 15 or once teams have been formed (except for documented medical or at the Board's discretion)
ALL REGISTRATIONS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RALLY CAP RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 28th WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $125 LATE REGISTRATION FEE AND RISK REJECTION. AFTER THIS DATE, PLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
